OVERNIGHT/COMMUTER CAMP INFO:
July 9th-12th 2017
Overnight camp is
made up of 2 Divisions:
High School (grades 9-12+) and Middle School (grades 5-8)
Graduated seniors are encourage to attend.
The camp is held on the Bowdoin College campus in Brunswick, Maine.
Pickard Fields- 35 acres some of the best groomed turf in all of New England. Blessed with
amazing natural drainage and assisted by in ground irrigation, the fields provide some of the best settings for camps in the
Howard Ryan Turf Field- New artificial turf opened in Fall of 2013 allows Bowdoin teams to play outdoors all
year long. The lit turf will be utilized during camp for night games!
HOUSING AND MEALS:
Overnight and commuter campers will eat in the # 1 dining hall in the country!!! Overnight campers will be housed in excellent
college dormitories with 2 per room and floors arranged by age. You may select a roommate preference. Suites for four
people are available as well.
Sunday - check in at
same time and place as everyone - lunch is provided
Monday - Wednesday you will arrive
at the dorms at 8:45am (check in with Katie Hawke).
Lunch and dinner are provided
for you daily.
There will be comfortable lounge areas for you to relax in during free time
in the dorm.
Pick up nightly- the turf fields and check out with Katie Hawke at 8:00pm.
FEES AND DEADLINES:
Overnight camp has a fee of $580 -
Commuters camp has a fee of $495
Full payment or $280 deposit is due with registration
Final payment is due by July 1st
All deposits are non-refundable
No refunds of remaining balance after June 18th.
We are only accepting payment
by check in 2017.
ARRIVAL AND CHECK IN:
Sunday July 9th 11:30pm
-1:00pm at Watson Arena
will be provided on the first day!
meeting at 1:45 outside the dorms.
First session BEGINS at 2:30.
DEPARTURE and CHECK OUT:
End: Wednesday July 12th 12:00pm
(parents are encouraged to attend the final games 10:55-11:40)
Check out will be immediately following the last games at the dorms.
